The land where this house is situated was a parcel of land of Quinta do Carvalho, whose ancient olive press was transformed into a rural hotel. From this house, one can see a protected and green landscape, which allows the daily observation of diverse animal species, from which we stand out the birds, such as, eagles and partridges.We can find in this architecture a perfect combination of the colours that inhabit in the surrounding villages, such as the white, the light blue and the red “bull’s blood”. In this house of traditional draft, simplicity changes into beauty.
