Rossio's House

This country house is situated in Azóia de Baixo a few minutes from the A1 highway exit to Santarém. The land with 4400 m2, has a flat surface where the house is located. It has an area of 250m2 and many terraces filled with many fruit trees and an exclusive swimming pool with a waterfall surrounded by grass. Despite the dazzling view where we include the beautiful Quinta de Vale de Lobos, one has the sensation that the house is enveloped in a garden and mingle with it.

The land where this house is situated was a parcel of land of Quinta do Carvalho, whose ancient olive press was transformed into a rural hotel. From this house, one can see a protected and green landscape, which allows the daily observation of diverse animal species, from which we stand out the birds, such as, eagles and partridges.
We can find in this architecture a perfect combination of the colours that inhabit in the surrounding villages, such as the white, the light blue and the red “bull’s blood”. In this house of traditional draft, simplicity changes into beauty.

Chapel's Hill House

Located near the Santarém Rural Hotel - Xendros country estate, is the Chapel's Hill. A house with 212 m2 of construction area, in a land with 6800 m2, that is completely surrounded by forests.

Inserted in a former olive grove with 6600m2 there is a house situated in a hill. From this house one can see fine olive groves from where the most prized Ribatejo’s olive oil is produced. From this architectonic set we highlight the swimming pool, placed in a central spot between the house, the cellar and the shed where there is a barbecue and a firewood oven. The swimming pool can be seen from everywhere which makes it a perfect meeting place for the sun and the water. We can see in its light waters the reflection of a perfect sunset. It’s the best way to end a perfect day.
